What we collect

AgentCRE collects only what we need to run your Daily Brief: your account email, the company names you import to your watch list, and your interaction with the brief (which signals you actioned, marked contacted, or skipped). We do not sell your client list. We do not share it across organizations.

Building owner submissions

If you submit building information through our leasing-services form (name, email, phone number, building address), we use it solely to contact you about marketing and leasing your property. We do not sell this information or add you to unrelated mailing lists. If you'd like a submission deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

Advertising & cookies

Our marketing pages use the Meta Pixel and similar analytics tools to measure ad performance and understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, forms submitted). These tools set cookies and may share interaction data with Meta as described in Meta’s own privacy policy. We use this data only in aggregate to run and measure our advertising — we do not use it to build profiles for sale. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or Meta’s ad preferences.

How we use it

To run the Client Watch pipeline against your imported companies (SEC EDGAR, hiring boards, government filings).
To send you the morning Daily Brief email.
To improve signal ranking based on your feedback (helpful / not helpful).
For billing through Stripe.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data.
We do not show your client list to other AgentCRE customers.
We do not train external AI models on your account data.
We do not retain billing card data — that lives at Stripe.

Your rights

Email amor@agentcre.ai to export, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 7 business days. Account deletion removes all watched companies and signals within 30 days.

Subprocessors

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Clerk (auth), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Anthropic (Claude API), Perplexity (search), Apollo.io (enrichment). Each is bound by their own DPA.
